Maybe the system allows it for fun I’m not sure. But the team can’t actually do that move until after June 1

I’ll believe it if he actually turns down an offer…

I’m thinking they probably are correct because of the tool to do it. But just fyi mostly since timing matters with the draft and whatnot

So it seems something happened with Granderson and I don't know what, but he actually save $3 mil now. Some I knew would change after restructures (makes the untradable). From what I'm getting:

Granderson- saves $3 mil (changed)
Ruiz- zero change (also changed)
Kamara- loses $11 mil
McCoy-loses $17 mil
Young- loses $24.5 mil
Werner- saves $2 mil (also changed)
Johnson- loses $14 mil
Godchaux- saves $4.5 mil (he may have been the other that was tradable before because getting him in the trade left no bonus money, so really before he was our only true trade asset)
Shepard- saves less than half a mil (also changed)
Reid- loses $12 mil
Bresee- saves $2 mil (also changed)
Yiadom- saves $2 mil (unchanged)

So that's 4 guys who have changed to saving money now, one who changed to a push, 5 who will lose even more money now, and 3 unchanged.

So after looking at that, Kamara is absolutely untradable until post June 1st (unless we say frick the cap, but Granderson, Ruiz, Werner, and Bresee are tradable now, though they save so little (or nothing) that you still need plus value to do so. Godchaux, Shepard, and Yiadom are still tradable from before, but only Godchaux would have value.

Everything is correct, but I'd have to see what happened because 4 guys changed from before (not by much) to saving a little cap instead of costing cap, and 1 to a push.

Anyone that was restructured is untradable until June 1st, including Kamara.

Not sure where you are looking, and that 50% rule only made the pushed money not guaranteed (past what was already guaranteed, which was most of it), so that rule had nearly a net zero effect. The reporting on it was weird and mostly incorrect.

Currently his cap number is $10.4 mil, but it jumps to $21.4 mil if traded pre June 1st, and drops to $7.1 mil post June 1st (saving very little).

He absolutely cannot be traded until post June 1st unless we say frick the cap.

LINK

This is the page to do it from. Really don't see the numbers you gave in your post anywhere.

These are wrong (if the numbers you gave are what they said). Use OTC.

Use OTC that has a pre june first trade button too? I don't think OTC is right on kamara. Kamara did a strange restructure that OTC didn't update correctly.

Yeah I don't even try to frick with other sites other than otc because they always have the most up to date and accurate numbers, and it's all SUPER easy to use. Been using that site for about 15 years and they have never steered me wrong. They also always have the most accurate rookie pool numbers and comp pick predictions (they may get 1-2 wrong at most any given year).

They also do a lot of the background math for you so you don't have to look all over for carry over, rookie pool needing to be added in, the change from top 51 in the offseason to the 53, etc.

They have a pre and a post for trades and cuts, a restructure button, etc.

And they are dead on about Kamara because a large portion of what was converted was already guaranteed, which everyone reporting on it overlooked,
