True story. On 11/11/2000 Renaldo Hill, Demario Suggs, and Thomas Wright all picked off this quarterback named Drew Brees. They beat him 30-10.

Drew went on to have a Hall of Fame NFL Career. None of the rest did.

No way are you guys comparing my boy, OPTIMUS GRIMES, to TM7?!

Also, Grimey does get exposed a decent bit against taller WRs and I hold my breath everytime a QB throws high and deep to Grimes's side (albeit not this year due to injury). I'd mention Calvin Johnson but CJ exposes everyone so...

your boy went to a school named shippensburg and your bama bitch boi is talking about TM7's lack of competition he excelled against. You two dufuses need to go find an atl board worth a frick, good luck with that.

Javier is basically the same size as TM7, but he is way less physical and slower.

Javier forced 6 turnovers (all interceptions) in his 3 years at Alabama.

Honey Badger had 15 in 2 years

DoubleDown you're a jackass. Just because he had one bad game against Bama he sucks... Typical fricking logic.

TM7 has ball skills that you can't teach a player. It's an intangible that can't really be measured in stats, but it definitely affects them.

His biggest weakness in the NFL will be his size. He'll never be a #1 or #2 CB on any team, so you at least shouldn't have many situations where he will be forced to cover a Megatron or Colston sized player. The only liability he will offer is on nickle zone plays and a #1 receiver or TE runs into his coverage area. Of course his tendency to be his own worst enemy, in respect to his personal life, could be a factor in the NFL as well. Hope he lands somewhere and makes something out of himself.

I'd risk up to a 4th on him. If he can get it together, he's an absolutely exceptional football player. He's always in the right place at the right time for a reason. He's got football smarts regardless of his off the field issues. His versatility on defense and special teams is why I would like the chance to get him late. Would be great.

For making the fake post about Brees signing his contract (before it really happened)?

No, that wasn't me.

I agree. I still cannot believe this dude is thread worthy. 7 pages at that. You know what he would do with 7 pages? Use them to roll up an ounce.

No doubt. If he's there in the 4th you take him IMO.

He actually fits a pretty big need of ours in two areas. His best trait is probably his return ability. I'd give him PR's right off the bat and not have to utilize Sproles so much on special teams. We haven't had a true dynamic returner since Reggie, no disrespect to Sproles, but his average went down drastically last year.
We got rid of Patrick and I wouldn't consider Mack or (can't remember the other guy) all that solid of depth. We need a nickel back and he could back into the S spot on occasion. Regardless of the Mathieu discussion, everyone can agree we absolutely need to take at least one, probably two DBs in this draft.

1. Opposing OC's should have little difficulty exploiting his size on a semi-regular basis.

2. His lack of self-control and immaturity off the field could end his NFL career before it really even gets started.

3. If he is there in the 4th or 5th, someone (hopefully the Saints) should jump on him. He has talent and the only way to know if it will translate to the pro game is to give him a chance. If it works, great. If not, he goes the way of Chip Vaughn. No loss.

Yes, because coordinators were able to do that on such a regular basis throughout his college career

I would absolutely FAP if we drafted Honey Badger. He has amazing potential and he's one of my favorite players.
