Carr went 5-5 with our roster. Yes, there can be worse.

They went 10-7 and made the playoffs. Russell Wilson is on the veteran minimum in Pittsburg

Part of why you got shite on because some people have a tendency to form an opinion once they see who posted it. Also, there is a possibility that your take about Wilson/Fields, and OP's position of wanting to bring in Fields can both be bad
Depending on when Milroe would be drafting, would determine where my view stands on him. I think his ceiling is being an average to slightly below average starting QB (basically what Carr is now), but expect him to be a backup QB on a team that is developed around a mobile QB. But if you are looking for a mobile QB to build the team around, because for some reason everyone just assumes Moore needs a mobile QB to make his offense work, then you are 100% correct that the solution should be a rookie QB for 4 years, over a vet QB for 1-2 years. Would probably be the same exact cap hit except Milroe would be spread over 4 years instead of Fields over 2.

Saints aren't taking on any additional QB contracts unless they can unload Carr.
Not impossible but also not very likely. If they do manage to move on from Carr this offseason it makes signing ant FAs to more than minimum contracts very difficult.
Fields is not a long term answer to anyone question so use the money to help where its really needed like Oline or WR

Did you watch? Fields was benched only when Wilson was healthy. There was a ton of articles talking about how good Fields was playing, she he stay the started even when Wilson came back? So obviously you were the one not paying attention.
