If Carr is hurt long term, and Rattler cant get it done, we're done.

We're probably looking at a either awful semi veteran QB or rookie coming in for 1-4 games behind a decimated O line.
We better hope to god that Rattler is a surprise pick and Haener is kicked to the side quickly. The saints will find out fast this week if Carr can go since they youngs QBs have to take 1st team reps on a short week.

What if Rattler does get it done? When Carr comes back, do you give him back the reins? Let's say Rattler wins 5 games straight and Carr is healthy for the week after, quite the conundrum. Not saying he will but I'd wonder what DA would do.

If Carr can't go Heaner will get the start on the short week.
If Carr is out for an extended period I fully expect to see Rattler start at least half of those games.
