I didn’t think Marcus Davenport looked very good last night

Pretty quiet game going against a really good LT in Jake Matthews. I watched him pretty closely and didn’t see that explosive bull rush. There was also 1 play where he was chasing a runner towards the falcons sideline and was clearly laboring.
Good news is he did have a couple nice plays and didn’t come out the game, when the snap count chart comes out I bet he played his normal amount of snaps. Looked like more of a conditioning issue than injury/pain
I expect him to be back to form after a full week of practice

The toe is obviously still bothering him a little. He wasn't as fast side to side so I'm sure it was affecting his get-off too.

Why the hell is Rankins not on the field in passing downs over Davidson?
Hell even omnymatta, Davidson has no business in on pass rush only reason it worked because of the other 3.

I don’t understand why we played him. He was clearly not 100%. Seems like you’d want him to get right versus let that thing linger, which it certainly will now.

He looked gimpy in that one play to the sideline. Also noticed him dripping back into coverage at least two or three times which I found odd

Wasn't it Davenport who ran down either Coleman or Ridley on a sweep? Forced him all the way to the sideline and didn't let him turn the corner?
Am I remembering it wrong (definitely possible)?
He was also going up against their best pass blocker for whatever that's worth.
