Last year was the first year he ever threw more picks than TDs. 8-9. He was sacked 18 times in his 8 starts and the bears went 6-11. Bears were garbage. I don't think Dalton was the reason for that.
With Dallas he went 14-8 in 11 games. Sacked 24 times.
Is he holding the ball too long or is his offensive lines just not that good? I see he's sacked alot but still produces good stats.
2009 Brees is not walking through the doors anytime soon. Our team is good enough with average QB play to win. Just above average play and this team is a contender.

In 2021 Foles was sacked 4 times in 1 game, and Fields 36 times in 12 games. But it's always hard to compare sack counts with mobile QBs, especially rookies
