How should the city/team honor Drew Brees?

The obvious will be the retirement of his jersey and immediate induction into Saints HOF. I’m thinking also a statue outside the Dome with a major parade preceding it. Also a player post-season Drew Brees community service type of award. In spite of any criticism one may have, he is a New Orleans legend who deserves a legacy of remembrance.

Rename the French Quarter the Drew Carre.
Then any hi-jinx there would be called the Drew Carre Show.

I say name Lee Circle after Drew. That would be a fitting tribute.

Maybe build him a statue and put it atop the Lee Circle column, currently still empty, I presume. Then for fun, immediately take it down and drop it in the River.

The anti patriot city did not deserve Brees. He should just leave and relocate to a city that will not turn on the patriotic quarterback
