I was reading an article that we would win a playoff birth if the cowboys and Panthers both lose. Wouldn't we want the vikes and eagles to lose for a possible home playoff game?

I kind of want to play the Vikings in Minnesota. I mean, do you have any idea how hard I'd fap to the tears and salt of Vikings fans after beating them IN Minnesota during a year where the super bowl is in Minnesota? I legit think some of their fans would join ISIS just to try and attack New Orleans.

Can anyone explain why Panthers and cowboys losing would berth us a playoff spot with a win over atl? Not sure I get it

Even though I think we have the right team to go anywhere and win of course having games at home would be better.

@Minny or @Philly or @Seattle or @LA etc... especially those first 3, not easy to win there. @Minny is terrifying to me. One team I don’t want to face. I think the Saints can bitchslap any of these other teams in the dome.

Well for one I think that they are assuming that we have won Thursday night.

So we a win New Orleans goes to 10-3

With Losses
Atlanta 7-6
Carolina 8-5
Dallas 9-7

With 3 games left Dallas could not tie New Orleans if the Saints dropped the final 3 games. That was easy.

I think the other comes from the fact that Atlanta and Carolina play the final weekend which means one team would have to lose.

So if Atlanta won they could finish 10-6 and win the division, but Carolina at 10-6 would be below the Saints.

If Carolina wins then the Falcons would be 9-7 and below the Saints.

Both cannot occur.

What about the rams? Wouldn’t they have the tiebreaker?

As long as Minnesota and Philly lose one more and we win out it doesn't matter.

We would have the one seed. But besides the point, the Rams still have Philly plus a road game in Seattle

It's possible but very improbable. It starts with getting a win tonight in what I feel will be a very tough game.

I agree. And i want our rematch. Plus drew would be in a dome instead of outside.
