Not much at all I think they got the memo they can’t let a controversial call be the talk of the game.

I agree. I don't think they affected the game much. I'm just here for anyone calling out Bill Vinovich

Seems like they didn’t make a lot of calls except for the obvious false starts, neutral zone infractions, etc.

The only real judgement calls I remember are the two pass interference calls, one on Kittle and one on the linebacker defending Kelce in the end zone. Both seemed like the correct call (only they don’t always call that push on the offensive player)

Funny all I heard after the Rudolph OPI was good no call. What a load of shite. NFL def gave us the middle finger.

They let them play for the most part which was good to see. Could have called a few more things, but I prefer they let the teams play it out aside from egregious calls

I'm not much of conspiracy guy; but after watching the attention Katie sowers got as first woman coach and openly gay coach, maybe the nfl did really want the 49ers there

If that was a push off and PI by Kittle then Rudolph pushed off and should have been PI. Just another snap shot of the NFL pushing its agenda. They want certain outcomes and will do pretty much anything to make it happen.

I agree and if you show both plays side by side they look exactly the same. Hopefully Sean Payton will bring this up when the competition committee meets this Spring. Yeah, I know nothing will likely come from it, but he can make them squirm a little.

IMHO, the better topic to ponder is this one: Why after 100 years of Officiating the Rules of their own game is the NFL still unable to Officiate the game in a consistently accurate manner, from game to game, and often from play to play?

The main point I have to share WRT my observation of this Superbowl is that the NFL still fails to officiate their games in a consistently accurate manner from game to game.

Point is: Officiating is still a "Wild Card". Whether the inconsistent application of the rules is intentional or accidental is not completely knowable. What we do know is that Officiating remains a "Wild Card" factor that dilutes the alleged "competitive integrity" of the game.

Not much. I thought the 49ers where whiny arse bitches looking for cheap 1st downs. Though I was hoping for a major blown call so frick face Vinovich's career goes down the shitter.

Questionable false starts on 49ers

Missed offsides on KC in a crucial series

Missed a delay of game on the biggest play of the game

Questionable offensive pi on Kittle

I also seen a few missed helmet to helmet hits

On one of the sacks at the end they could have called a personal foul on the chiefs. Their hands were all over his helmet and in his facemask.

I mean, the officials made it pretty clear that action is not PI, as evidenced by the Saints' over time game.

What I find comical is that Mike frickface was adamant that this same extension was not PI in the Saints' game, yet was equally as adamant that Kittle had committed PI by doing the exact same thing (and arguably less egregious).

NFL officials literally have no idea what they are fricking doing and have proven 100% incapable of calling games consistently.

In fact, they have gotten progressively worse.

The fact that Vinobitch was allowed to keep his job, let alone officiate a Superbowl, tells you all you need to know about how much the NFL cares about their officating problem.

Every big play that KC had on offense, one of their OL was tackling a defender that had just beaten him. 7:10, SF up 10. 3rd and 15.

Basically what happened the rest of the game for the 49ers defense.
