How has Loomis convinced Gayle that he should own the Saints?

Is this not curious to anyone else across the league? How have we gotten to this point and what does the ownership structure really look like?

She’s also convinced the morally and financially bankrupt Archdiocese is worth pouring money into. Not sure she’s so good a judge of character.

Mickeys contract and whatever role he has in the Benson corporation was between Tom Benson and Mickey. Gayle likely had nothing to do with it. His employment is likely untouchable by her legally because he and Tom worked out the long term future of the Saints and possibly Pelicans.
