Should, with our current picks

2nd

This isn't a singular year thought process. Go into the year and Ruiz still sucks, you need to replace him. McCoy gets hurt again, you are without 2 trustworthy linemen with no viable options to detail '26 and moves up the need tremendously in 27

That has to be a WR. But I would not be upset about Rodriguez in the 2nd.

This is a pretty deep draft class for interior O-line so we should be able to upgrade. 4-5 round we could probably get someone.

I would be good with Bisontis in the 2nd round. He looked really quick at the combine. Rutledge in the 3rd would be perfect.

Would take Dunker or Rutledge in the 3rd. They can sit a year and take Ruiz spot next year.

If both are gone, I’d wait till the 4th.

Both would push out Ruiz this year imo. They'd be that big of an upgrade.

It really depends on how big a priority you think it is to upgrade Ruiz.

I think it's very big. I don't want the Saints to go into '26 with Ruiz at starting RG. So, I'd actually be very good with taking Mauigoa or Ioane in round 1 and moving Ruiz to back-up C/G for next season. I think that would give the Saints a truly dominating offensive line, protect Shough, open running room for Etienne and very probably propel the Saints into the playoffs next year, even with average playmakers.

Most would disagree with that draft strategy. If you'd rather go for depth or a longterm replacement for Ruiz, there is good depth at C/G all through the draft.

Honestly agree but I might take Mauigoa as the right tackle if I had to choose.
