How do I check my position on the season ticket waiting list?

I am on the waiting list for Saints season tickets. Does anyone know how to check my position?
When I go to the Saints website, the only option is to add myself to the list, but it doesn't let me see where I am.

I emailed them this question sometime last year and received and email from them about nine months after I sent the original email and stated that they had no way to check my position but that it usually takes "2-4 years" before I would get tickets.

That's kind of dumb. You would think there would be a way to check. Otherwise, how are they supposed to even know whose turn it is when tickets become available?
Oh well. Also, I would be very surprised if I get them within 2-4 years. When I signed up, there were over 50,000 people on the list. I kind of hope I don't get them that soon, because I will be a poor med student (hopefully).

when did you guys sign up for the list? I think I signed up for it early in the 2009 season but I don't remember exactly.

I think I signed up right before the 2009 season. I remember seeing something about how huge the waiting list was in the newspaper, so I just figured I might as well go ahead and sign up because it would be years before I got the tickets.

a lot of it is politics on "where" you are on the list. i know someone who got tickets last year without ever being on a list

I've heard stories of people getting calls that tickets are available & it winds up being some of the most expensive seats in the Dome.

yeah but people on this board just waited and some got calls and got tickets. usually they will call you and youll have 1 or 2 tickets, usually not together though. the advice is you take whatever they give you for the first year, you can then sell the tickets if you dont like the seats or whatever. then the second year, you get first priority on changing seat location and getting them together

Ive been on the list since 2006 or 2007. Cant remember, but it was like Peytons second year. Ive had the same email and phone number but no dice. About two years ago, i put my name on it again because I thought it didnt work or something the first time.

i read a story once about some guy in Green Bay. His dad put them on the waiting list, and it took something like 30 years to get the tickets. The dad was dead but the son got the tickets. So really 3 years isn't THAT bad.

as a current season ticket holder, i can get tickets added to my account before any new season ticket holder can get them. the people next to us added 4 last year. that is what is making them tough to get them.

that and i dont think they even go straight down a list. Ive heard of people getting offered some that signed up in like 09

In Greenbay when someone dies they don't go to the funeral, they go to the ticket office.

I was one of the first 1,000 to sign up. Got a call in 07 for split tickets and declined. Got the call again this year for two in the club. Way more expensive than I had planned, but season tickets has been something I always wanted and I wasn't declining again.

I got on this around the first quarter of the 06 season and still haven't heard anything, but they sure don't mind sending me stupid weekly e-mails!
