He’s a hard-nosed college QB but I don’t know if that will translate in the NFL.

I like his game but he just doesn’t seem to have the suddenness in anything he does. He looks like what Joe burrow will be as a 38yr old QB

Who can say they wouldn’t want that kid leading your team? You can feel the heart on him like you could with Burrow. He’s not Burrow of course but he’s got the same intangibles and he’s a winner. If he’s there at 36 or 37 or wherever we pick they would be stupid not to take him. If he doesn’t work I’m fine with risking a high 2nd for a guy who could be your future QB for a decade. Hendon Hooker will probably be rated higher by the media though but he’s in that 2nd tier after Young, Stroud and Levis.

I wouldn't hate it but I think there's several quarterbacks who are better pro prospects than him in this class outside of even Young and Stroud. I like Jake Haener from Fresno and Cam Rising from WSU several times over Duggan.

Good college player but he’s all Johnny Try Hard and doesn’t have a lot of physical tools. That probably won’t work in the NFL.
