Dennis allied also won 8 games in 2.25 seasons with the raiders.
So maybe DC is his ceiling.

He sent a memo to teams yesterday that there is an issue with a lower number of black coaches, and that teams need to do better.
Probably going to start taking away picks and sanctioning them for not hiring a minority

I don’t know why people hat the idea of getting AG. I don’t know if he will be a great head coach or not, but he seems like an up and comer who has done a great job so far. Payton was a young coordinator when we got him. Tomlin was a one year DC when hired. Also, defensive back coaches like Saban and Belichick seem to have good track records as DC’s and head coaches. Seems like a young exciting candidate.

Saints are gonna hire who they think is the best. If it’s a black guy it won’t be because Goodell made them hire him.
