It's supposed to be a joke, as if the post is Goodell's actual words telling his cronies to witch hunt the Saints and Payton.
But it's VERY easy to confuse it with the post being in the OP's voice telling us to go look again.
Edit: Basically what jmc did by putting it in quotes, but even that is vague since he is quoting the quotes in quotes. xD
