Are you truly happy with the changes Goodell has made? You're happy with his influence on the game?

*(this has nothing to do with the bounty scandal, but if you really want to go there, i'll kick your arse up and down this thread)

Not trolling. I am an avid Saints fan. Its just the the Goodell shite is almost as bad as everybody thinking Obama going to cause the world to explode and come get all our guns. It is uneducated blabber is all it is. If you want to be mad at someone for the thrown away season how about starting with the management, coaches & players that fricked up. That would make a lot more sense. But oh know it must be that everyone is out to get us. Its annoying and makes our entire fanbase look like dumbasses.
Great this shite again.... His punishments were over the top and I don't know how anyone could think otherwise. He had no proof of intent to injure but just went ahead with the overly severe punishments anyway. That's why the players got their suspensions overturned in court. But whatever I guess we're just the babbling idiots who should have just said thank you for the nice arse raping of our season Mr Commissioner, you're never wrong and we should just accept that. You can be embarrassed about our fan base if you want be but personally I would be more embarrassed if we had nothing but fans like you who would just sit there and take it

Goodell punished the Saints for doing something that they shouldn't have been doing after they were told to stop?

Please support your claim with evidence.

Gotcha. Yeah that part is kinda WTF but my best guess is they want to try to build up these draftees more before the combine to get more people to watch it.

I could give two shits if the draft is April or May just move rd 1 back to the weekend. This Thursday night shite sucks.

absolutely.

not just that but Thursday Night football on NFLN just isn't that appealing to me. Seriously, besides the Saints-Falcons last year, I had trouble staying interested in the game.

I like having something to watch on Thursdays, but I prefer the Saints games on the weekend, so I can bro so hard.

Yeah but I think that was because they kept putting shitty teams on thursdays. It's worse when they put a good team against a bad one on Thursday. The Browns vs. Steelers is just going to put people to sleep

oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I watch them too. But since this a newer thing, I guess I haven't really caught on yet. I'm not going to force myself into doing it either though

I mean, look at the majority of the Thursday games from last year. The only real surprise was when the Bucs went up and slapped the Vikings around. Other than that, it was mostly the home team who would win. It really has been a huge advantage to the home team so far.

Do you play fantasy football? I love when there's only one game on, because a few of the guys from the league will get together and not want to watch 8 different games to see how our guys are doing. Kind of adds to the excitement of games like you mentioned, Cleveland and Pitt, etc.

see, I can't do that. The really big money league I'm in is with a group of friends who started the league back in 2002. Now, most of them are married and have kids. As for me, the bachelor king, I bar hop a lot during football season. If not, I'm on here watching the boards go crazy during the games..

December - Regular Season

My guess is this is a direct result of how quickly teams are able to sign their draft picks.

It's gonna be embarrassing for the NBA when the NFL Draft crushes the ratings of NBA playoff games.
