I can't believe y'all let this trolling fricktard derail this thread for 5 pages. He's obviously either purposely trolling or 12. Why has anybody even responded to this dumbass for the past 3 pages?

Corey white is garbage.

Rob Ryan is the man.

To say our talent on that side is on par with san francisco's is absolutely ridiculous. Try watching other games on sundays bro beans.

Nice input. 90% of the posts have been...
"you must be a troll"
"lol idiot"

At least this other douche has some information he is pushing.
He is using them to push bias but still.
Our home field is amazing. Without it we are very average.
If you think Corey White is good you really are an idiot. PRob will play nickel if they can sign a veteran on the outside. If corey white starts expect big passing numbers from other teams. He can't man cover for shite.

Luckily, we don't live without a Home Field Advantage.

Second, Corey White graded out very well statistically as the #3 CB.

You have no facts, only your idiotic opinions.

You are, in short, an idiot.

Yep. It's the new nfl. What teams like us are doing will be phased out. Seattle's formula is here to stay.

That's like equivalent to saying "San Antonio and OKC's" forumlas are there to stay in regards to the NBA.

Of course every team wants to hit home runs for all-pro players in the draft. The issue is, not everyone can do it.

Rodgers is the best qb in the league. Drew Brees is old. Still making less. Paying Drew $18 mil is considered being okay throwing away seasons in my opinion.

I would assume drew brees is older than rodgers since he's been in the league longer.

Rodgers's cap hit and average salary ($22mil/yr)
LINK

Drew Brees' cap hit and average salary ($20mil/yr)
LINK

Who's missed more games since 2008? Rodgers
Who got sacked more since 2008? Rodgers

Drew brees accounts for 20mil/yr, but we have two guards eating up 15.3mil/yr, one of which is under-producing for his pay.

but you know, drew brees takes up all the cap in the world.

Argue with a troll and feel better about my intelligence vs looking at a spreadsheet

We have cap problems

The highest paid player on the team isn't possibly the problem

Not to mention the Roman Harper contract and keeping Vilma too long

We obviously are one of the more talented defenses in the NFL now. Hit some home runs with KV, cam, hicks, junior, Jenkins, and Lewis. Now we get to add Byrd and Butler to the list

Does your spreadsheet say anything about the amazing Corey White?

Your use of the word the makes it completely unreasonable.

And we just signed a safety for $9 million a year while having a franchise tag on Graham.

We have the highest paid guard tandem in the league

I can pull up the PFF spreadsheet that shows he played well as the number 3. No one thinks he's a top corner at this point, but he was locking down the nickel

2 pro bowlers. That is nice and all. Probably the only 2 that can crack the starting lineup for the 49ers or seahawks. But yea we have just as much talent.

all teams with a PAID QB have cap problems.
If they don't have cap problems, they have massive holes.

Brady has no receivers, Manning had no defense, Rodgers has no defense or oline, and Brees has the fewest holes at the current moment, but still have holes at #2CB and 2 starting OL members.

derp derp

ETA: derp more, so how do we make this team a championship caliber team? take away the 18mil cap hit from brees and spend it on someone.

Anyone in FA that can make this team better.

I'm waiting.

I'd love to see it.

Spreadsheets show how many missed tackles and blown plays he had?

Byron Maxwell was the 3 for Seattle to start the year. He and White aren't even in the same galaxy when it comes to ability.

There is no alternative or solution to his cap number. So it isn't the problem.

The problem is PLAYERS GETTING OVERPAID FOR THEIR PRODUCTION. Players like Ben Grubbs and Broderick Bunkley who have like a 15 million dollar cap hit between them. THAT's the problem.

Not the guy that threw for 5000 yards.

So you're content with not winning because our QB gets paid so much?

Y'all continue to make my point for me.

You seriously just said he wasn't the problem. But then you said, he is the problem but really he isn't because other people have problems.
