You would think NOPD would be well aware of just where/when many of these crimes occur....MAYBE try to stake out a few areas and make some HIGH VISIBILITY arrests/perp walks. Sadly, we don't seem to have any interest in even curtailing this bull-#hit !

I like parking in a garage near WDSU. Easy exit out and onto Barrone and onto the Westbank Expressway.

I park/tailgate by the RV's at Poydras/Loyola and have never had my truck broken into. Helps that a lot of the folks watch the game at the RV's so the lot is never empty.

Figured I wouldn’t start another thread on this subject.
Wife and I are going to bengals game this Sunday, haven’t been in a few years. Any idea how soon the street parking lots around walk ons and whatnot start to get overcrowded?
I downloaded the ParkWhiz app, but you aren’t guaranteed a spot even if you prepay, which is just stupid. I’m thinking we are going to get down there around 10:00.
Any good advice?

Get there before ten. And find a parking garage. They have a few in that area I think
