I would much rather be discussing potential draftees than discussing the shooting death of an ex-Saint. This shite sucks on all fronts from Smith being elected to the Saints Hall of Fame with the announcement originally planned for next month, to Sean Payton saying they were looking to add Smith as a member of the coaching staff soon, to Hokie passing & now the draft is about 2 weeks away. frickin ridiculous.

My bad. I spoke in general terms. You do have to have concealed carry, right? Also, he had a criminal record.
Regardless, you cannot rear end someone and approach their car with a handgun, only to claim self defense after you shoot NINE shots into them.

You have to have a permit to conceal carry on your person. But, you are allowed to open carry in New Orleans.

Rear ending someone and approaching the car makes you an aggressor. It's also throws out SYG bc the rear ending is considered an illegal activity.

bullshite! Intentionally ramming someone and then approaching them screaming, you should expect them to have to defend themselves AND that does not give you rights to whip out a pistol owns fire 9 shots and claim self defense in a conflict created by you.
I can't scare you and when you raise your fists to defend yourself, shoot you in self defense!
