I disagree with several of your ideas, but I'll just focus on what I think is your worst idea. Why would they cut two cheap players that can at the very least contribute on special teams? Is it really a priority to you? Do you just hate them that much?

An ideal offseason for me would be a boring offseason.

My ideal offseason would be Ed Reed decides he doesn't want to resign in Baltimore and wants to come home.

The Saints could cut Drew and not be able to afford these guys.

kruger plays de in spags system. He's 6'4" and 270 lbs. He's only an olb in a 3-4.

Will likely both be gone by pick 15
quote:

3 - Da'Rick Rogers WR

Not terrible but I still think we go defense or OL here
quote:

4 - Tyrann Mathieu CB

Not bad either but a pipe dream if he slips that far
quote:

5 - TJ Barnes - DT 6 - Ray Ray Armstrong SS

Can't complain here

quote:

Victor Butler - OLB

Very realistic and good pick up
quote:

Brandon Myers - TE

Pass
quote:

Tracy Porter - CB

The Lewis signing makes this unlikely but otherwise a nice choice
quote:

Nhamdi Asomugha - CB

Lewis deal also makes this less likely but I would be fine with going after him hard... Even at the expense of not getting Butler

I understand the love affair with Tracy Porter but the truth is he would not be a great pick up.
He had trouble keeping his job last year and showed a drastic decline in 2011 for the Saints. He also has been very injury prone.
I know with out him, we don't win a Superbowl but, don't want.
