Again, the numbers are the numbers. Say he didn't play in one game that would make it 16 carries a game....and the 1761 yards you state are the teams numbers. On your attempt. And if you're delusional enought to think your boyfriend is going to take away Bush's carries

How can anyone say PT has only had good games against bad defenses? He's only seen a full workload once in his career and that was against the Bears.

We've had the same argument over and over again. PT did crappy at the begining of the season, but did well at the end. Is it because the defenses were bad?, because they were tired and PT was relatively fresh?, because PT likes to play in Chicago because he's from there?

We don't know, He could be decent or just Stecker V.2.0

No back on this team carries the ball more than 10-12 times a game.

I think this is partially based on Payton's faith in his current running backs. He didn't have a problem handing the ball to Tiki Barber, J. Jones, Marion Barber or Deuce.

You can't be that ignorant, can you? Take away from Bush's touches - no - but his carries? Easily. I guess you're just swooning over Bush's career 3.7 ypc & his 1 fumble per ~32 attempts ( for comparision's sake, Deuce avg'd 71.45 apf & LT 106.28 ). But you keep doing unspeakable things to your Reggie Bush fathead...

Nope, can't stand Bush. I wish we'd trade him or whatever. I'm just stating the facts. SP will never take away Bush's carries no matter how much you love Moreno.

They don't exist

But there are some backs that you can get 30 productive carries out of here and there. Obviously you won't do it every game but it's not as if a 30 carry game is unheard of.

exactly. there is no such thing as a 30 carry per game back.only 2 guys in nfl history had over 400 carries. so you have to look at the two top carry per season backs in nfl history to even get 25ish in a season.

We take Beanie Wells at 14 and draft defense with one of our 4th round picks and 7th round pick OLB and DT and then with the other 4th get a good young OL (hopefully a C we dont need OG or OT) then sign rookie FA and we will be pretty good off

Stinky could be upgraded IMO.

I agree with this, especially with a first round running back already on the team. .

Car. 13 took Jonathan Stewart
Dal. 22 took Felix Jones
Titans 24 took Chris Johnson
All worked out very well if not for Matt Ryan Johnson would have been Rookie of the year.
So your point is?

The only one on this list that I would want on the team is Stewart. The others can stay.

I don't see how giving Andre Smith's dumb, lazy arse $15 mill guaranteed is going to make him better. If the dude can't get his act together broke then giving him millions ain't gonna do it.
