Let's set the number to 22 because its his career high. Do you take the over or under this year.

I say over and predict he throws 24 pics.

I'll reset it at 15.5 and take the over with 17.

22 is a ton of INTs. You're a moron if you think he'll reach that. He definitely won't have 11 like he had last year. He could get between 15-17, but no way he throws fricking 22.

under, but he'll be around 20 with the OL woes & new WRs like Fleener and Thomas

Please explain. His line is terrible and he has been known to try to force things the last couple of years. I stand by my number.

Look at the history of QBs throwing 24 and that's one reasoning.

He has a pretty bad line in 2013 and worse weapons and still didn't do that badly

Are we going to count all interceptions, or legit ones?

Like the ones off of a receivers hands is not legit.

If it's listed as an INT in the box score, the it counts.

He threw 11 INT's in 624 passes last season, a pretty damned good number. You expect his interception percentage to double (or for him to throw a lot more passes). Even if his line sucks and leads to a few more rushed passes/INTs, it's also going to result in a lot of shorter, safer passes.

Do ya'll want everything the Saints do to go South? We have the same exact team plus added talent on offense and defense yet we are getting worse in every single facet of the game including Drew's number of INT's. I've seen it all

Boo.

Tips at the line are OK, but if a receiver gives one away, that's on them and not Drew.

Most of his high-interception seasons are due to counting those types of turnovers.

I think I said 16-18 when this thread was brought up a month ago. I still think the same.

I'm resetting it again at 14.5. That's roughly his carrer average (I was 1 per year over originally; I think around 15.5 was his average before last year).

I still think he hits over around 17 though. Don't see him touching the 20s.

And for perspective he has a 2.5% int rate per pass and 3.8% per completion.

That would be second best in his career. He's only thrown under 11 one other time (7 in 2004).

I was just messing around and going by the number on his jersey. But, I think it will be under 15, if I had to take a totally blind guess.
