I think he will cut. Need to move on without him.

You may not like it…. but Kendra Miller will be on the team til his contract fully runs out.

Right or wrong ….the Saints Leadership views him as the heir to the running back position.

So tired of wasting high draft picks on fricking bums

We should trade down to the supplemental 3rd round or later. Seems like this is the only place we can seem to find production...

Dude refused to suit up for the Natty. It’s no surprise he doesn’t suit up for practices and preseason games

You think the dude is just telling them he has a hamstring injury and they just say ok?

He clearly has soft tissue problems he needs to figure out. Why would a player sit out the championship game on purpose?

A 3rder getting cut after a year will barely raise an eyebrow. His saving grace is they didn't stumble on his replacement with any of the udfas. Have no doubt they'll be monitoring cuts around the league for his replacement.

Nah. They would put him on ir or pup to start the year.

That way they can decide what to do when he gets healthy. If this was his 3rd yr then yeah maybe.

He flashed last yr when he played. Now if he didn't show anything then I would agree.

I'd be absolutely shocked if he gets cut to begin the yr.

I don't agree with that.

I think at this point they aren't going to admit another draft mistake and will let time solve that problem.

I've seen enough from him when he has played to still be excited about his potential so I think that buys him a little more time, but we'll see

What exactly are you guys referring to? Not trying to be a contrarian to the two of you but genuinely curious. He has an average of 3.8 ypc, a career long run of 18 yards, and one td.

The only think I really like is that he seemed to be pretty good at catching (10/11) even if he doesn’t have the wheels or vision to really break one.

Very small sample size, and I’m not sure he was ever fully healthy last year. I’m high on him based on what he did at TCU. Dude is big and strong, but seems to have good vision and can really turn on the afterburners when he gets going upfield. Granted, he’s had a few injuries since then, but none that (I don’t think) he can’t eventually come back from at 100%.

He was one of the guys I was most excited about from last year’s draft class. But like our front office, I’m sure as shite not batting 1.000 when it comes to that.

But I think some of it is wish casting too, probably. AK is almost done, Williams was a terrible signing and would not be on the team if we hadn’t invested what we did in him. After those 2, who’s left but Kendre? Mims looks kinda shifty and encouraging behind the line, but looked to me like a 4.7 guy with a little quickness, but no burst. Taysom is getting old, but is still a great athlete and getting paid a lot. I wouldn’t be surprised if the new staff doesn’t just abuse him this year with 12-15 touches a game. Catches in the flat, motion hand-offs from the H-back position, QB powers, and maybe even tradition TB carries. He might be our 2nd leading rusher this year. If Miller can’t get on the field, I’d actually bet he is.
