Dumb statement. We had second highest payroll this year. Thinks will be [picking up. Remember we need money to sign Jahri and some of the others. be patient.

This- plus, we are not looking to replace the engine, just give it a little tune-up. As someone already, mentioned, if the Bensons' were having a fire sale, Reggie would have already been gone- I don't think Benson is a 'one & done' type...they like the attention...

Benson is a douche. Remember this is the guy who wants and if he could would move the team to anywhere. He fired the guy who set up the games in tiger stadium for doing that. He is cheap and whoever said grant was our best D player doesn't actually watch games. Hes gonna let Sharper walk when lets be honest, We aren't playing in the superbowl without him. He is paying Reggie for part time work at best. I like Reggie but not at 8 mil. Soon we will see ticket prices sky rocket I am sure. I just hope Rita isn't a spitting image of him.

Benson has always spent money on the team. People mislabel him with the cheap tag too often. I mean like someone said, he might not spend the money the right way but he allows his football people to spend the money they need.

Tom Benson is not calling the shots...Rita Benson Leblanc is the one that is pretty much in charge of the operation. And Mickey Loomis is managing the money and following the restrictive rules. Calm down.

I've had my issues with Benson and the Saints FO in the past. That said, considering how they've performed these last couple of years, I'm willing to just sit back and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Throwing loads of $$$ around doesn't guarantee a SB. Ask the Redskins about that.

we've had a 30,000 person waiting list since 2006. The prices for tickets came out this week, and following a Super Bowl we still have the CHEAPEST TICKETS IN THE NFL.
They probably should have sky rocketed due to the demand, especially since all he cares about is money
