Does anyone believe another team will get pinched on "bounty gate"

We all know this went on in the league for decades.... does anyone feel that another team will be punished? I know it won't be on the same planet as what they gave the Saints since we are now the face of this, but just curious.

Possibly. This is about defending the league from future lawsuits.....if more information comes out, the actions may continue.

This could wind up being an amazing season if we still go out there and play well, Saints fans are going to be even more pumped to cheer for our team. I kind of felt like a bit of the we expect to win every game because we won a Superbowl so call me when the playoffs start lull was going into full effect.

No. the punishment was so severe because of the orchestrated cover up by Loomis, Payton, and Williams and other players. That is what brought the hammer.

THis is true but does not prevent the league from reasonable punishment for evidence of other teams continued "bounty" after league-wide memo.

No one else will fall for this. This isn't about bounties, it's about cover ups and disobedience. Bounties won't go away, emailing about them will.

No way at all unless someone comes to them with proof that they can't ignore. Otherwise, they all get a pass and the clock starts over now.
The other teams fans should be thanking the Saints, not preaching on their high horses

Yep - the NFL hates New Orleans. They never wanted them to play the Colts in '09 because face it Goodell got hammered one time here and felt bad the next day.
He's been so angry at New Orleans ever since.
Jesus, people - conspiracy theory much?

Hey Moron,
Call the NFL office and ask them if they are going to investigate other teams. Ask under which circumstances will they, which they won't, and ask about the league wide memo sent out and what it states.
Once you do that, then come back here and possibly (although doubtfully) you won't sound so stupid.

Ok, just got off my celly cell with Goodell. He said nope - he really has it out for the Saints right now and wants you all to suffer simply because he finds NOLA residents' "out to get me" complex amusing.
Mentioned something about "that damn frenchy logo on their stupid helmets". Then he had to let me go because he was trying to decide how many games Vilma was going to sit...

Don't think so, but if I had to toss out one team that the NFL may go after, it would be the Detroit Lions.

I hear that the refs this year are going to have it out for the Saints too. You know, to add some extra insurance for the league to ensure that they don't make the Super Bowl.

Sounds like a solid source. Got a link?

Actually, all jokes aside. This would make me nervous if I were y'all.
