Do you think the players are behind Carr?

Our first two game he wasn't asked to throw a lot especially since we were playing with the lead.
During this losing streak he's had to play catch-up and in my view he forces thing, trying to make something happen.
Do you think the dip in performance by Carr also led to a dip in effort with the team?

They receivers don’t forget his hospital balls.

The eagles and falcons game both almost went completely down to the wire so I doubt that.
The other night versus the Chiefs that was probably the worst. The defense has looked in a while and they picked a horrible time to do that.
We knew Kansas City had a good defense and it was going to be tough sled no matter who was in the lineup for the Saints on offense.

The players want to win. They will get behind whoever they think gives them the best option to do that. If they think/thought Rattler or Haener were clearly better than Carr, I think you may have had some things leaking out these past few weeks.
If Haener or Rattler come in and light things up and the team starts winning again, then DA turns it back to Carr once he's healthy, I think you will start to hear some stuff coming out once/if the team starts struggling

I KNOW the players are behind Carr
I have a buddy that works for the saints as an equipment manager. He swears that the guys in the locker room LOVE Carr.
You can take that for what it’s worth, but I believe him. And I’m not exactly sold on Carr being the answer here

I think the players probably like and respect Carr but they know he has obvious limitations.

Carr has had terrible luck as a Saint.
Even on Monday night he threw some balls that would have been game changers if Shaheed had any sort of WR acumen and knew how to time his finish or to adjust in order to draw a 40 yard flag. DC4 did start out bad but after the first 2 drives he was very good.
Biggest problems:
Injuries
Poor WRs (Shaheed is a #3, NOT a #2)
Terrible playcalling last year that hurt DC4s start with team

Carr's problem is he reverts to being a rookie. When you have a chance for a winning drive and throw an interception, and when you throw a back foot interception on 1st and 10, you are not worthy of being a starting QB.

The defense has given up 16.4 ppg. 6th in the nfl. They look to have bought in so far.

yes. fans WANT the players to hate Carr so bad but its just not a thing and yall should stop trying to make it one. Just because us fans may not love Carr doesnt mean we need to project it on the players. Now if Rattler or Haener ball out of course the players will support the new QB, but lets stop making narratives that aint there.

Carr is the best bet for any offensive player to get paid in the future. They care about their stats because they care about their money, thus they care about Card

Carr has outplayed every single QB we have played. He’s one of the best QBs in the league. The players would do anything for DC4.
