I like him. Greasy looking and plays tough and could actually fall to the Saints if they get lucky. Really would have been nice to have a shot at Young or Hooker though…

I only ever heard of him until this week. I just googled him. He’s either 20 years old or 47. I can’t tell.

Hendon Hooker is much more talented. Rising is more of a backup qb
