Saints deserve some of the penalties. But for the past 2 years, the refs obviously dont penalize the opponents, and are ticky tack with the saints. Look at the numbers. The difference in penalty yardage over the past 2 years is outside the realm of "chance". We are being punished.I don't know if its the refs on their own, or Goodell. When games are close, it is a big deal.
