I gave you crap but to cut you some slack, it's Deonte Harty. He changed his name last season to honor his stepfather. There are a lot of trolls here who purposefully misspell names so it has become an indicator for many of us.
He is currently on IR. He has a similar injury to Michael Thomas, a toe injury that may require surgery.
He's short, 5'6", and with Shaheed being much taller, sure-handed, and probably as fast or faster, Harty may not get in as much with how good Shaheed has been.
