Teo was more than serviceable during his time here.

I wouldn't mind him back.

Solid signing. Hope he's in shape. He played very well for us a few years ago.

Based on some responses this appears to be true, but this made it hard to believe.

He was great as a part time LB. Better than Klein. Him, Kiko, and DD would be solid for playoffs.

Its absolutely shocking Teo doesn’t have a job. I don’t know whats going on behind the scenes but there aren't 40 better guys at his position than him.

Even as a backup he as an elite backup. shite is ridiculous he’s unemployed he’s a hell of a player.

I welcome him with open arms.

For fricks sake. I’m glad he’s back. He’s got to be better than Stephon Anthony.

Hawaii’s Manti Te’o is back in the National Football League.

Multiple sources have confirmed with KHON2 Sports Director Rob DeMello on Tuesday that the linebacker is rejoining the New Orleans Saints after spending the last two seasons with the franchise.

If so, it’s a good signing IMO. Great depth and a quality starter if need be.

Because he is:

A) Better than Klein;
B) Even if A isn't true in your opinion, we need depth;
C) He knows our system and is completely fresh for the grinds of the post-season; and
D) San Fran is a heavy run team, he excels at stopping the run (see the Falcons goal line stand)
