Did Sean Payton ever call any designed runs for Brees?

Not talking about QB sneaks. Talking about something like a QB draw in a passing situation or a designed keeper off a zone fake.
If it ever happened, I guess it would have been in his first couple of years and maybe only once or twice.

Why would they take a chance on getting him hurt with a qb draw? Plus he can’t run very fast.

I’m pretty sure he called a designed bootleg in the red zone once or twice earlier in his stint here (pretty sure he scored on one). I can remember the action. Just not the time, score, situation or year.

I recall a few QB draws but I doubt they were by design.

I remember him rolling out a few times and walking in but I thought it was just because it was an easy TD because nobody accounted for him and not a designed run. Nobody ever expected Drew to run, except for those 4th and inches plays.

Drew was a great sneaker from like 2009 to 2016

We ran sneak vs Mia the Super Bowl year and pulled both guards in opposite directions. Drew dunked it through the uprights. Pretty sure that was a designed QB run. Lol
