I evaluate all player personnel after the season and that's why I can't comment now. All I can say now is that I "grade out" all personnel after the season. Regardless of how any player grades out, that player is always subject to being traded because the goal is to keep improving this team, not to hold onto any player for any other reason besides this one: make this team better.

That includes AK.

I like Kamara but he was never a 13-15 million dollar player. Not a rb outside of Christian McCaffery deserves that. Kamara is really good but in this system a lot of rb's could be really good

The people with this take are delusional. There is a 0% chance that Kamara is healthy right now. He was in the discussion of the best RB in the league last year and now he's suddenly a system back? He's obviously not the same player right now and it's not because he's disinterested or depressed or whatever dumb shite people come up with. He's simply playing hurt. There isn't a single alternate reality where Latavius Murray should look better than a healthy Kamara.

These are the same geniuses that were saying Drew was done last year when he was dinged up.

He was making those plays before he got hurt this year. Go back and watch the Seattle game.

I think we just enjoy personally attacking him by calling him a gutless coward. Some point after the Seattle game he quit caring and now no longer wants to be here. Him possibly being hurt, we will discredit, as that takes away good reason to dislike him.

Two years of rushing TD regression has found the Saints.

The Saints have a 30 Pass TD to 8 Rush TD dispersal this year (78.9%) the third pass-heaviest this season. League rate is 65% pass.

In 2018, it was 33-26 (55.9%), 29th
In 2017, 23-23 (50%), 31st

The Saints have just nine rushing plays from inside of the 5-yard line all season, which is tied for 29th in the league

I'll say this, he's heard the detractors cause there was a concerted effort by him not to run out of bounds and he was running hard through tackles not just surrendering at first touch. To me it was obvious he ran hard and for me it was the first time since the Seattle game I saw it and it IMHO was noticeable.

Now he still does not quite have the 100% burst he had before the injury, but at least he ran hard and did not make a point to avoid contact.

Think maybe he’s a little too urban for the pointy white hat crowd. Just say’n.

There isnt a rb in the league worth that and that includes Mccaffrey. As good as he's been his team isnt good because of it.
