I like his passion. Not a bad QB. Somewhat of an upgrade over Dalton and Winston, but not enough. I think Carr has some issues between the ears, too.

I've said the Saints need to look at him but Jimmy G would be a better option

If we are looking at a short term bridge until we find a long term solution, I prefer looking at Tom Brady. He would be a great teacher as well to a young prodigy. Just ask Jimmy G. If we are looking for a long term fix immdiately, I'd prefer Baker Mayfield. He only signed a one year deal with the Rams.

He's a white Winston with *slightly* less turnovers. I'm good.
Dalton has statistically been one of the better QBs this season as far as managing the offense goes. QB play isn't the big problem that needs to be fixed at the moment.
The Offensive line needs to be revamped.
We need a solid RB and turn Kamara into sort of a gadget/flex player.
and oh yeah....a new coaching staff.

I have no problem with hanging onto Dalton until we can address every issue on your list. 
Besides, who would want to come here during a rebuild, except maybe Baker Mayfield.

I think Dalton has justified one more season. We do need some sort of consistency between this season and next. Never good to try and break in a new QB and others on offense.

According to this article in Heavy Sports, the Raiders made a trade offer to the Saints. Carr for our 2nd and 5th round draft picks in 2023. I hope they don't accept the trade. We need every pick to begin building up the OL. This just made it more sensible to keep Dalton, with Winston and Hill backing him up.
