Carr is freakin amazing. You can tell his mindset is to win.

Just read all the comments…so many raiders fans with nothing but praise for Carr, even going so far as to become Saints fans. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything like it. I think we should feel lucky to have him.

To be fair, they’re in Oakland without a team. My wife is from there and she’s a full on Saints fan now.

You can tell he is a pastor. It was alot of "Dang it"s and "Freakin"s. Jameis even quoted Romans 8:28 to him.

It's awesome having that leadership in the locker room to motivate the team. I like how he gives his opponents props for their play or hits.
