If you are facing the forward direction and begin the throwing motion it is a forward pass no matter what happens

Apparently any movement of the arm is considered a throwing motion. This league is so goddam inconsistent.

What a dogshit rule. Ball went backwards. That’s a fumble. If he threw it, it was a lateral.

So the lions don't get that touchdown from last year on the backwards pass that bounced forward for a touchdown got it frick this stupid fricking league
