an over the shoulder catch is not a perfect pass to catch, expecially for a 2nd string TE with limited catching skills. That being said, even the average athlete catches that ball 90% of the time. That's his 1 out of every 10 drop. I equate that to the straight 5 foot putt to win a tournament. He was too wide open and the nerves ate him up. happens.

He should have caught that TERRIBLE pass. Carr does not make it easy.

you can see it in the picture, the guy coming right at him head first ready to level him so he took his eye off the ball to prepare for the hit and missed it.
he isnt a guy thats always dropping passes so no need to crucify him for a simple mistake and WR in that spot might also make
