If he had not been hurt would he be the number one qb taken and would he fit with the Saints? I say yea he would. I like his leadership skills. Just feeling like we should go elsewhere and fill other needs with that first pick.

His release is lightning quick - Bucky Brooks just said he'd be a good fit in NOLA lol.

He can be a turnover machine at times, but he's a tough arse kid. We could do worse.

Drew had a few games like that. Hell so did Brady.

We just signed a dude in the 30 INT club - rather a gun slinger than a game manager in the modern NFL - especially if our OL takes a step back in the short term.

I honestly just don’t think Corral’s body can hold up with his style of play in the NFL. On top of the turnover issue. He’s got some raw talent but I would not like the pick in the first round

If you watch corral in that ole miss offense it seems like every play was rpo.
I wouldn't really take any of the qbs in the first. Maybe willis.

True but he not going to be running RPO in the NFL. He ran excessively at times last year bc the Ole Miss WRs and TEs were injured to shite.
The quick release, arm, talent and overall athleticism is inciting - there’s real upside there.

Exactly
And people are gonna act shocked when he’s arse in the NFL

Most QBs run RPO in college - Burrow, Herbert, Fields, etc.
He’s not dependent on running the ball on succeed - and since he’s lean he would never hold up running RPO in the NFL. He just did at Ole Miss bc the opportunity was there and that was the offense.

2 years ago he had the two games (LSU and Arky). Wasn't a problem last year.
I don't think he would have ran as much if the WRs stayed healthy. He had to later on because thats what he had to do to win games
