Rattler never sniffed anything close to that when he played. I haven't looked but I can safely assume that Shough blows him away in every single category for a QB. I don't get it

Yes, which is why they need to find a way to get him doing it more. The issue isn't his effectiveness but rather his lack of attempts

Which is precisely my point. I think he's playing scared, because he's getting hit damn near the moment he takes the snap. This is negatively effecting him. Moore is going to ruin his star QB if this keeps up.
