Coaches union?

I think this whole fiasco might spur a historic step that starts a coaches union in the NFL and eventually spread across all sports.
When coaches realize they can be penalized a frivolous amount by rogue commissioners with absolutely no avenue to fight it, this might be inevitable.

They already have a coaches association. But this oraganization will get even more broader and bolder. An NFL coach has never been so much as touched before this so I can imagine what's going to happen. It's things in sports like Payton's suspension that causes organizations to be formed.
