62 after 5 TOs 11 min 4th Qtr... what a beast?

The Legendary Carr?

Your QB is holding you back. Dalton better, Winston better, EVEN BRYCE FREAKING YOUNG might be better!

To a degree, without Hill the offense wasn’t any good. That’s a fact. Without Hill, Carr doesn’t have the same opportunities and the offense isn’t the same. This wasn’t a game the Saints lost because it’s the same old Saints, even with an o-lineman going down. Everything changed because Hill didn’t play, and that’s a problem. I wholeheartedly believe if he’s healthy and plays the Saints win by 3 scores.

I think you are not paying attention to the historical evidence about who Carr is.

What have I said about Carr that is incorrect or with which you disagree? Please be clear.

62 yds and a sack less 10 Min 4TH QTR? After 5 TOvers?

Fuk the pick, at end of the game, those numbers are abysmal.

You have Great D solid skill pos, but a coward QB and a coward HC.

Sad to say, but that just sptting facts, seen em both.

I agree with you about Carr. I don’t trust him at all.

I mean he’s not wrong about us not being real contenders. Carr just a part of that. Roster too thin. Doesn’t mean season may not be a bit more entertaining than seemed in preseason.

I just think Carr deserves more blame for this than he’s getting. That throw at the end was unacceptable and he has proven to not be a good QB unless things are perfect. He’s never been elite. The OL was trash and the biggest concern, but Carr proved again who he’s always been. You don’t win meaningful games in the league without elite QB play these days.

Agree with all of this. Carr is terrible.

He’s been the best qb in the nfl his last 7 games or so. Got constant pressure up the middle all game today. And you show your face today to brag you were right lmao!!

I guess if Minshew and oconnel or whoever was my qb, I’d be praying like hell Carr fails to I guess.

Carr absolutely deserves the blame. Olave on that play was being held. Had his man beat and Carr goes for what he thought was the kill shot. If he goes to Olave one of two things: pass interference or completed pass for at least 20 yds. Still don't understand why you don't go after Olave's defender because of slay being out and them rolling the coverage to Shaheed?

Interesting that they had such a hard time vs "not contenders"

Dude spent the whole day being burnt by Olave.

The only people that can talk on that team is Barkley and Devonte

Yeah, but Dalton has a quick release.

Carr is like a statue, has a suoer long release. He needs an extra 2x seconds to read the field

Always thought Dalton was better, Mayfield or Mishew all were better.

Trying to make something happen in a bad situation at the end. Carr did his job and got them the lead. Why are you letting the defense of the hook for giving up a 61 yard play on 3rd and 16?

Yeah Carr isn't elite, guess what? No one ever said he was.

I never let the defense off the hook and you can find multiple quotes over the last few years of me saying the D is overrated and absolutely terrible in late game situations under Allen. That choke job against Goedert nearly feels inevitable at this point.

All that said, look at the thread title. We are talking about Carr and how I think CGJ is likely right that any team with him as the QB is a pretender.
