That says it's headed that way. Reports have said Deshaun hasn't contacted Panthers to say they are out.

Carolina would have to trade away any option for Deshaun making that a dumb move.
Atlanta has no options for Deshaun making it a dumb move as well. I think this might have just been a courtesy.
Browns had the 2nd best chance but who actually WANTS to go there?
