If the Cowboys are laughing about our camp body third stringer, then they're clearly just trying to avoid examining their own roster.

6 months is nothing this guy has a ton of potential. He'll probably make the practice squad, the Saints knew the chance of this happening and want him. In this stupid pussy society we live in he did what grab a woman's arse? So what? Don't act like he raped someone.

I'm sure there are a ton of potential guys who've done better with the chances they were given. I've been proud of the way the Saints hold a moral high ground with the Galettes of the world. This rubs me the wrong way. I could understand if they knew the guys character for years and decided it an aberration.
Let him go. IDGAF if he's good somewhere else.

Holy shite this is troubling. Do you seriously think a first offender got 6 months jail time for grabbing an arse.. how do you keep women in your life?

What a loser. Is it really that hard for these guys to keep their hands to themselves and stay out of trouble?

Granderson was accused of getting into a bed with two women, touching each of them briefly below the waistline, and leaving to sleep elsewhere when his advances were rebuffed.
That's wrong, but I suspect a lot of the outrage associated with the case is synthetic. It seems like a cheap way to look tough on crime and distract voters from the rampant property crime and vagrancy that goes completely unpunished.

Sounds like a very inappropriate sexual advance punished very harshly. It is what it is. Hopefully he will learn his lesson.

Two women, neither he was involved with, sleeping over at his apartment in a separate bedroom.
He came in their room while they were sleeping jumped in their bed and groped one ladies arse and the other ladies breasts. The women yelled assault, left and immediately files charges.
If he's at LSU, it gets tossed, but it was a black kid in WYOMING, where the total state black population is only 6,000. How much you want to bet these girls were white? And this was not a sentence by a judge, this was a plea deal. Granderson agreed to this.
You can blame liberalism but you would be wrong. This occurred in Wyoming - Trump 80%+ approval state. Nobody up their care about metoo. This was about a black kid jumping in two white girls bed and their fathers making some phone calls.

I'm not an attorney - but i'm pretty sure you cant be forced to go to prison without the option of a trial.
First he pleaded not guilty
Then talked into no contest plea to make it go away - DA offered 1 year probation no jail
Judge rejected the DA's deal and gave him 6 months.
He can appeal and ask for a trial, but that could take years and lots of $$. He could kiss football goodbye.

Not sure why we would bother with this dude. Seems to go against recent trend of high character

Judge can burn in Hell. Wish we could get him here, not like he’d ever have to go to Wyoming again.

Some people’s priorities are so fricked judge should burn in hell? You remind me of the threads where people freaked out defending JJ when he kicked that guy in the face

Yes I prioritize football over criminal justice.
Which is why I wanted JJ behind bars for the entirety of 2011

A little bit OT but how does one get house arrest? Some get it, some don't.
