Case of haves & have nits:
* Saints - $63K
* Bears + $109M
Quite a disparity. The Bears have a pretty good foundation & $100M to spend. They could be pretty good for years to come if spent wisely.

The Bears have a QB on a rookie deal.
Saints have better young OL, better young WR, better RB, better LB, better secondary, better DL.

Chicago ownership = mediocrity

the saints arguably are in the worst position you can be in as an organization in the league

Hopefully $28 million of that is able to get on the field next year.

Name a team that’s any good with that type of cap space? The thing is if you have good players you don’t have a ton of money to spend. And the bears have a good foundation? A foundation of what? Ineptitude and dysfunction?

At least we'll have a high first round pick...
