Ted Ginn Jr just isnt very good.

Sure he has breakaway speed with the ball in his hands, but:

Cant find a soft spot in zone defenses

Unreliable hands catching the ball

Wont break any tackles

Cant block on the edge

We seriously need an upgrade at the position outside of Mike Thomas

He’s like Devery Henderson, except not nearly as good.

Well, if Smith could play, I think he is ready to be our #2. Any update on when he will be back?

Id be down for that. Sanders was VERY servicable when he had a real QB. I.E - Manning

He’s been like that since he started with the Miami Dolphins. He hasn’t improved.

Ginn has been pretty good for us. He fricked up...... he’ll redeem himself.

Ginn is feast or famine. Dude will convert an amazing 3rd and 17 then drop an easy 5 yard catch.

Which is fine when Smith is on the field. Not so much otherwise IMO.

He's fallen off a cliff this year. Hope he can redeem himself.

I'd give a 5th depending on his contract.
I have always loved him and have thought abt him myself.

Sanders is available.

I was hoping for him a few days ago and now it could happen.

Make the call Loomis.
He is the perfect wide receiver to play along side Thomas, Cook, Kamara, and Ginn or Smith when he comes back.

He isn't. And I've never understood why people here hyped a guy in this mid-thirties as someone who can legitimately stretch the field when he has trouble catching the ball in the first place.

He has always been shaky catching the ball. He has always been a deep threat WR but since Brees arm strength isnt what it used to be, Ginn kinda lost his forte. Hopefully Teddy can hook up with him deep in the coming weeks
