Outside of living in Denver vs NOLA, the Broncos are in a worst position than the saints.

Sure, we could screw ourselves to make him wait.

I stopped taking the Saints organization seriously after the 7-9 seasons and all of the suspensions including SP with a full one year

After the SuperBowl win, all they cared about was collecting pay checks

As well as CSP can screw himself playing hardball and wait another 2 years. Maybe then Washington will be needing a coach lol. Look not one team or person holds all the cards. It will take 2 teams and 1 coach to all agree.

2. You know the Bronco’s offer?

To which individual Bronco are you referring?

I'm starting to think this too. Teams are on 2nd round of interviews now, and I don't think Sean has had a 2nd one yet

You're making way too much sense for someone without a clue. Its clearly that time of the month for her.

I already regret typing this, but how can you be this stupid?? Exactly how can the Saints force him to take a job??

Say we get an end of the first round pick, draft someone and see 20 threads a day bitching about said player that was drafted and we could have got more for Payton from the next 4 or 5 years while he is under contract, like has and is happening with Davenport, or instead of letting Payton frick us twice by quitting and then giving him his preferred destination for not equitable compensation or take our lumps Payton left us with and frick him this time so it somewhat makes it a little more equal

You should regret asking that. It's not that they can force him to take a job, it's not giving into to what he pretty much said on national television that " they will take a mid to late first round pick"

If there is a job he wants now, don't let HIM DECIDE what compensation they have to give for him. If that's his game make him wait until he is free of his contract and hope one of his preferred destinations is open

Wasn't someone on here saying the interview with the broncos went bad and they were moving on?

The question remains how can they force him to take a job, which you acknowledge in your above sentence, which was the point clearly. They can refuse to let him take a job obviously, since they have his rights. But they can't force him to take a job. Why would I regret asking that, since its undeniably accurate? Even you should be able to understand something so simple.

We don't have to agree to Shat this year or next. Now Wisdom says that we would take something next year just to get a deal.

But I think Loomis could have a hand in this....Meaning Sean was trying to drive the Saints to take a late 1st round pick and let him take a job. Loomis has fired back that it would take more and was looking for something closer to the Gruden deal.

I personally think this is unappealing to Sean. Sean knows that he would likely give up one 1st round pick but knows that to give up more would limit his ability to rebuild or at least makes some cuts that he deems are necessary.

I have said this from the get go. No Head coach is going to be thrilled to go to a team that is giving away their future.

I did not say anything about forcing him to take a job. Apparently you didn't read the entire post.

Since you didn't understand the obvious, the bold portion means that you do not trade him to his desired team if the compensation is not what you want. You can force him to wait until his contract expires and he can hope until then that the job he wants is open then.

Come on man if you just graduated high school you could've grabbed that from my original response.
