Long range if the Saints have a whole roster of Marcus Williams types the future is very bright.
Outstanding college career.
I believe he graduated.
Great rookie season.
Made many big plays including in yesterday's game.
Has leadership skills.
Met the media and accepted responsibility but will not let this one play define him.
There will be brighter days ahead for Marcus Williams and his teammates.

Yes. Doesn't mean I can't be pissed at him right now though.

I understand, but the Vikings scored 23 other points and other defenders did not do their jobs well enough to stop them.

No one play had a greater impact on the outcome of the game as that play did. We went from 99% chance of winning to 100% chance of losing.

Don’t forget his interception that turned the game around

He fricking sucks...... no way I’d want a team of that garbage.

I'm not. He, Lattimore, and Crawley are a top notch young core in the secondary to build off of for the future, but it is unreasonable to not be upset about that play.
It's a Louisiana football fan thing I think to be on an extreme (the "cut him" vs. "can't be mad he's a great rookie player" groups), but it's somewhere in the middle. The dude is great at his job, but made a massive mistake. Can't hold it against him forever, but it hasn't been 24 hours yet, fans can still be a little angry over it.

I know you’re trolling, but that was weak.

People need to be more pissed off about a veteran QB, making millions, that saints fans want to consistently put in the same category as manning and Brady, but made a huge mistake by not letting his receiver get set that negated a touchdown.
