Get a 1st down in more than 1 drive?

Our coaches were content to punt

If Carr is out for significant time or the season. Tank it. Some great QB's in this next draft.

Jameis did that, though.

Anything else?

Exactly. Our offense has been bad for 2.5 games with Carr. We'll be worse but it can't get that much worse
We scored 16 and 20 in the first two games with the defense playing out of their minds, creating tons of possessions for the offense.

Carr was on pace for about 20 points today with the defense pitching another shutout.

Why are people acting like we're breaking up Mike Mcdaniel's offense?

Because they hate Jameis

If you think its bad with Carr, just wait…. With this oline you’ll be praying Carr makes a miraculous return.

True. They probably shouldn’t have let Jameis kick the field goal. That’s on him.

He set us up for a reasonable FG. You can't blame Jameis for the Kicker failing

Not taking a single deep shot to Olave or Shaheed was criminal

I just don’t get why so many seem to think Carr is cleaning up shitty o-line play. What evidence do we have of that?

The evidence that we were 2-0 and up by 17 on packers.

How many QBs out there could put up 18 ppg? Because thats what we'd be losing.

Saints oline might set a record for sacks given up. It literally doesn't matter which mediocre QB is out there.

James clearly had instructions and did what Allen/Carmichael wanted.

They wanted to sit on the 17-0 lead. We lost because of that choice

See how the narrative changes.

This loss is on Jameis some of you say.

But when we won 16-15 it was play calling.

So when we struggle on offense with Carr it's play calling but when we struggle on offense with Winston it's Winston.

Even though lets face it. Saints offense has played like shite in all 3 games.

O line is crap and opponents know it. Penning can't pass block and Ram is getting shown up. Combine that with an already poor interior line and the Saints have real problems. Thankfully Kamara is back next week and his presence loosens things up a bit....but probably not enough.

What happened to the TE? The TE aside from a pass to Graham and Johnson being targeted 2or 3 times was invisible

Why I mean its true. Carr made game winning throws and had a great throw to Jimmy today. Despite constant pressure.
