Can anyone answer the question on the differences of the two jerseys, cheap/expensive? Friend of a friend sells the $50 ones, I saw one and it looked damn good. Not sure what would be different on the expensive one.

this probably isn't all of the differences and they are small but here goes

the sleeves cuffs and authentic, I think the authentics have elastic and mine is just some material sewn in a but to make it not as loose. The fleur de lis on the sleeves are not wide enough and have slight color discrepencies, same goes for the nameplate and numbers IIRC. I believe there were more and there is a thread that LE posted and pics and did a nice run down on it but I'm on the mobile site nd can't link it, it was about a week or two back

I wish storejerseys.com or Jersey101 would sell kids sizes. They have some Youth stuff but nothing for most kids under 10. I think they would double or triple their business if they did.

I searched and found LE's pics on the replica jersey. That was a horrible looking Fleur de Lis on the jersey. It looked like a Chinese version of it. The jersey my friend got didn't look anything like that (the Fleur de Lis) at all. As far as I could tell it looked pretty close to the real thing. The liner inside the neck had the official NFL markings and the sleeves weren't elastic. I ordered a Brees through him for $50. I'm no fool, I know it's not authentic but it sure seems pretty close. When it comes in I'll take a closer look but for my naked eye it's worth the $150 in savings.

Yeah, if you look at my comments in that thread you'll see I didn't expect much for the 30 or so bucks I spent but I like the jersey. Not many people, including myself would be able to justify the extra 200 bucks for a slightly better looking jersey.

Let me tell you something, I've bought Saints jersey's half my life. You have those 70-80 fake jobs with the iron on numbers/names etc, then you have the 100+ supposed "authentic" jerseys which are anything but. Jersey101.com sells the REAL player jerseys. No shite either. You can tell mainly because of:

A) the weight. They actually weight more than the faux "authentic" jersey's your overpay for
B)the fleur de lis on the sleeve is actually embroidered and not the "painted" on fake ones.
C)the sleeves are gathered and are identical to the player jerseys. Not like the fake ones which are not.
C)Yes, the run larger than the fake ones BECAUSE THEY ARE MEANT TO BE WORN WITH PADS! HELLO! That's why they don't sell smalls or kids sizes. Kid sizes, give me a freakin' break!

Do yourself a favor, if you want to save about 80 bucks and want the REAL thing, order from Jersey101.com. I've bought three and won't buy another one anywhere else.

I'm also a jersey101 buyer that sez you can't beat'em for the quality/price ratio. $38 including shipping. the process is a little funky the way ya do it but no biggie.

You'll go to the website and it will have the normal, internet process of how to order. However, I would NOT go this route. To the right of the homepage, is a link to chat or leave a message. This is the quickest, most fool proof way to order. After you find the jersey you want, make sure to copy the jersey information. You will need to paste it when you actually place your order.
If you get a csr in live chat, just paste your order and they'll take care of the rest. If not, you will see their email addresses. Pick one/or multiple ones, again paste your jersey information and send the email. Someone will contact you and take your order.

Believe me, I was very dubious of a supposed "authentic player" jersey for $38.SHIPPED! When I got my first two, I was speechless. Seriously. The only way it could have been better is if Shockey or Colston would have handed them to me right off their backs! These are the real deal and like I had mentioned, I'll NEVER buy one of those rip off jerseys for the over inflated prices they charge ever again.

OK I received my jerseys from storejersey.com today. I ordered Meachem sz 48 and Shockey sz 52.
The meachem has LA patch but it's not a patch so much as it is embroidered right onto the jersey. The Shockey = no patch.

They look great and size accurately. The neck line material and sleeve cuff material are a bit different than my previous jersey but all in all worth the price.

I've ordered five from them and totally satisfied. Won't get into it much more than that.
