I know he had a couple difficult kicks in London and missing one of those is excusable. But the 38 yard variety are not excusable.

Chill. He looked bad early on but he is getting back into rhythm. Until that miss he was 8/8 on FGs and 12/12 on extra points in his last 4 games including this one.
