will smith did the same thing to the impala. Following too closely.
quote:yes. I have already said everyone involved is trashy.
Hell, isn't he already guilty of murder based on your Will Smith logic?

So if he's guilty, why are you even here?

Didn't WS only hit the impala because the hummer pushed him into it?

because it may be proven otherwise. going off what we know he will probably not walk. but if there was tampering or smith had gun in hand he may get off.
look at the facts we know. he shot him 7 times in the back. i still feel this is excessive, but people panic and just unload so that my have happened as well.
my issue is that people are blind to how immature and foolish both acted. both have past brushes with the law. in the end my opinion doesn't mean shite but its still mine.

go get in a car accident and be the middle car. you will get a ticket for following to closely. I promise you that.

You can't get ticketed if you were murdered thereafter.

That wasn't my fricking question

That's not how multicar accidents work at all buddy.
You are 100% wrong on that one.

Sad, but true nonetheless

I was in a car accident as the middle car where the car in front of us was totaled after we hit them in New Orleans
Didn't get a ticket

That wasn't what I asked and isn't your logic
Being charged = guilty

What crime has Will Smith been convicted of? Hell, he's only ever been even charged with a misdemeanor

I do this for a living. I've seen many police reports. Many.
The only time I've ever seen a middle car get a ticket is if there was a question as to whether they hit the car in front of them first (first car felt two impacts, etc).
99/100 the middle car(s) aren't getting a ticket, just the car that caused the change reaction. At least in Orleans/Jefferson.

I got one because the cop said I should have had more space. Rear cars insurance paid for all damages. Still had ticket though

That's extremely rare. You got a prick for a cop
Posted on 4/15/16 at 10:41 am to Nado Jenkins83
in my opinion you deserved it

Hangover my guy at NOPD said the same thing. I know out guys aren't the same.

i could tell that he was apprehensive about talking about it.. didn't pry for too much info, i'm guessing that they've already had a department meeting and were told to be hush hush about everything
which is understandable for ANY murder case

Will they charge Smith(his estate or whatever) with a hit and run?
